Meeting Regarding Drainage Problems
Attached are the minutes of the meeting held Saturday, May 30, 1987, at Town
Center with the Fieldcrest Loop homeowners regarding the drainage problems
in their area.
Those in attendance were very positive and realized the fiscal constraints that
are abounding. The group was very much in favor of an engineering study being
performed that would clearly identify what would be necessary to correct the
current situation and a more definitive cost projection.
)n the minutes attached you will read where Councilman Morton has offered
his assistance to the Homeowners by presenting to your office the group's request
to have staff do a engineering study. In speaking to Wayne after the meeting,~
he felt the engineering study would cost approximately $3,000.00. ~
