Mr. Whidden,
I have been trying to contact Kevin Causey to get an update on the Spectrum conflicts on Freeport Parkway. I have not
been able to reach Kevin. Our Freeport reconstruction project is on hold due to the conflicts with Spectrum on the area
between Bethel Road and Southwestern Blvd. Spectrum’s contractor Bridgepoint has been on site working on some of
the relocations but do not have an update on their progress. Please give me a call to discuss.
