That will work for Texas Sterling. We would like a plan sheet for the changes that also shows the location
of the utility with offset dimensions based on the survey that was done by TSC and the City.

Darryl,
See A&F’s proposed plan below, this would cause an additional drill shaft to be installed but remove
wingwall changes and reduce excessive reinforcement on cap. It doesn’t look like the locations for the
two shafts (one moving 4’ west and a new one 10’ east of it) would cause any conflicts.
Do you see any issues with doing this based on what you’ve seen on the field?

We’d like to propose moving DS #8 to the west by four feet (instead of east) and adding a new drilled
shaft (DS #9) to support the end of the cap. See the screenshot below. This will avoid any changes to the
wingwall or railing and avoid any excessive reinforcing in the abutment cap.
Please let us know if y’all or the City has any objection to this solution.
