Chad,
The locates on Freeport show Spectrum Cables beyond the area Bridgepoint worked in that are in conflict with the new
road construction project. When we met Kevin on site he was going to check if the marked cable were actually
Spectrums. There are definitely conflicts on the next phase of the project in the Freeport / Bethel area. I need someone
from Spectrum to meet us on site to let us know that we are clear in the current construction area on Freeport from
Bethel to Southwestern and to look at the area of the next phase of construction. We need to meet as soon as possible,
as I stated earlier our road re-construction project is on hold due to these issues. Please let me know when we can meet
on site.

Please see the e-mails below. The City of Coppell is doing a road reconstruction project on Freeport Parkway From
Bethel to Dividend. We have conflicts with the Spectrum utilities near Bethel Road. A bore has been completed lowering
the line across Freeport but I don’t think it was swapped over to the new line. I have been trying to get a schedule on the
swap over but have had no response. Our contact with Spectrum has been Phillip Gwin but I understand that one of you
is the new contact for the Spectrum reroutes. I would like to set up a meeting on site to discuss the project. Please
respond.

From the correspondence below received by the City of Coppell, the work in question on Freeport Parkway should have
been scheduled for the week of 8-17-2018 or on the week of 8-22-2018. Does anyone know if this work has been
completed? If it has not, does anyone know when it will be completed? Our previous contact with Spectrum was Phillip
Gwin. Phillip informed me that he is no longer on relocation projects. Would someone please let me know who the new
contact person is for the City of Coppell area. I would like to set up a meeting on site to go over the work and can be
reached by the below contact information.
