Thank you for meeting with us today. I want to confirm what we talked about in our meeting this morning. Bridgepoint
has 2 weeks worth of work to get the spectrum utility relocated in the Northbound lanes of Freeport Parkway and will
notify us when the work in completed. Once the work is completed we will be clear to continue with the excavation and
subgrade preparation for our Freeport reconstruction project from Bethel to Southwestern in the Northbound lanes of
Freeport. Spectrum and Bridgepoint will investigate the work needed to be done for the next phase of our project in the
Southbound lanes of Freeport to ensure we will not encounter any conflicts with the Spectrum utilities and will inform
us of the schedule of that work.

I believe that the 1st part of the pipe relocation is ready but need to meet with the GC and city to
make sure this portion is correct. If it is we will send a splice notice but the fiber will need to be cut,
pulled back, pulled thru the new pipe and respliced. I will try to meet with them tomorrow.
