Pursuant to your authorization, we have prepared and respectfully
submit herewith our Preliminary Engineering Study and Report on
the above referenced project.
Discussed in the report are: the existing conditions; engineering
analysis and evaluation of proposed design considerations;
recommendations, with alternates; and cost estimates for the
proposed construction.
It is our reco~endation that the City initiate the necessary
action which will result in the implementation of the report
reco~endations at the earliest date.
