Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church - Floodplain Ordinance
Dear Russell:
Per Shohre's requests on October 11 and 12, 1988 regarding the
above referenced items, we offer the following comments.
!he construction plans for Westfork Addition as submitted to the
RC at the time of final platting were approved by the DRC staff.
e have no objections to your stamping the six (6) sets of plans
or construction at this time. Please send us one set for our
ecords.
/~.he site on Heartz Road for the Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church
is not in the floodplain. As a result, the floodplain permit
n~mber should reflect "Not Applicable" (N/A). Also, the
Floodplain Administrator's signature and date should be
~eflected.
For your information, we have only assigned a "permit number"
when an actual floodplain development permit form is applicable.
If a floodplain development permit form is not applicable, we
merely state this and preserve the numbers for the development
cases where one is needed.
