The enclosed documentation is being submitted for consideration of a
zoning change in the Tom Thumb shopping center located in Coppell at the
northeast comer of Denton Tap and Sandy Lake. The request is for a change
of zoning from Town Center (TC) to Town Center (TC) with S.U.P. for
restaurant with private club, to operate a Wings To Go restaurant with a
seating capacity of 22.
The hours of operation will be:
Sunday - Thursday from 11 am - 1 Opm
Friday - Saturday from 11 am - 1 lpm
We also will be applying to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage
Commission for a private club license that will allow only beer to be sold for
on premise consumption only.
Wings To Go is a franchise with approximately 42 restaurants,
located primarily in the New York~hiladelphia area. They have been in
operation for more than 15 years. Wings To Go is a family oriented
restaurant that caters to small, close-knit communities. Wings To Go takes
pride with maintaining a clean, neat and friendly atmosphere. We feel that
Wings To Go will add a pleasurable dining experience for the city of
Coppell.
