Dear Ken:
I am in receipt of your letter to David Littleton with Halff Associates regarding the
payment of Roadway Impact Fees of $84,724.86.
As an accommodation to Centex and some internal ownership structure issues, and based
on our conversation yesterday, I would like to proceed with the execution and filing of
the plat in Denton County, prior to paying the above mentioned Roadway Impact Fees.
We recognize and understand that no grading or building permits will be issued for our
proposed development until these fees are paid to the City of Coppell.
