I arrived onsite to perform concrete services for Bent # 3 cap. Jimmy Reed with TSC requested two extra
cylinders to be cast for one day and two day breaks. I cast 1 set of 7 (4x8) cylinders on Bent # 3 cap. Also
picked up 1 set of 5 (4x8) cylinders cast on 12-18-18 and transported to lab for testing. Jimmy Reed with TSC
was notified of test results.
