Dear Mr. Callejo:
I appreciate you taking the time to discuss your plans for the property adjacent to Coppell Road
with me on February 2, 1999. Enclosed with this letter is a portion of the Coppell Road
construction plans along with right-of-way strip map showing the necessary right-of-way from
your property for the construction of Coppell Road. Because of the rapid development taking
place along the northern edge of Coppell Road, including office buildings, apartments, and
residential development, the City of Coppell is on a very fast timeline to construct Coppell Road.
Once you have had an opportunity to review this information please contact me at your earliest
convenience so that we can further discuss the acquisition of the right-of-way from your property
for the construction of Coppell Road. The timeline is such that we are currently advertising for
the project and will be opening bids on February 25, 1999. Depending on the status of the right-
of-way acquisition the project could be awarded as early as March 9, 1999 with a start date
somewhere between the middle and the end of March 1999.
