NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Brown:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project on
November 26, 2018. Eighty-nine (89) calendar days were bid on this project for the
completion of work. Therefore, if work begins on November 26, 2018, then the calendar days
on the project will expire on February 23, 2018. Your construction time will officially begin
the day of commencement or November 26th, whichever comes first.
