Mr. Martin,
At this time Castellan Development, LP, Excel Group, Inc. and TGR Constructors would
like to request the closing of the Allen Rd. and DeForest Rd. imersection in order to
complete underground utilities, previously approved. We would prefer to schedule said
closin?thto begin at 7:00 A.M., Thursday, June 7* and end by 7:00 A.M. on Saturday,
June 9 . All appropriate barricades and detour signs, per TMUDC specifications, will be
used.
Attached is a copy of the barricade plan also showing Ingress/Egress for the affected
homeowners on DeForest and Allen streets. Should the requested dates not be ava/lable,
please notify Bryan Peck with Excel Group, Inc. as soon as possible so that we can
reschedule to your satisfaction..
