I. Headwall at outflow is about to fall into the creek (void under headwall).
2. Need to dig out ro¢~ on pipe before headwall.
3. Dirt i~ ~terin~ through rock-now has hole on top grout rocks at outflow.
4. Did a poor job of sroutin~ pipes at inlet box.
S. Some llds don't open.
6. Some locks are broken.
