Jordan Excel Group, Inc. 2639 Walnut Hill Lane, Suite 103 Dallas, Texas 75229 RE: Windsor Estates Dear Mr. Jordan: As it has been brought to your attention on plan review, the pre-construction meeting, and daily visits to the job site, we find the condition of Deforest Road from Allen Road east to Windsor Estates has been left in an almost impassible condition since Friday, October 6, 2000. I have had numerous conversations with Mr. Scott Watts who lives at 900 Deforest regarding the ability to access his property. Also there is a concern from the City regarding the ability to respond to emergency situations if one should occur at Mr. Watts' property or on the Windsor Estates site do to the lack of an accessible route. As of this date, I am requesting that construction activity cease until previous agreements related to traffic ingress and egress have been met. Please notify myself (972-304-3679) and Travis Crump (972-304-3503) so that we can verify the corrections made for proper traffic flow on Deforest Road.
