RE: Slope Agreement for ~atts Property Dear Mr. Griffin, In a continued effort to comply with the demands of Sharon and Scott Watts, I have been ask to provide the following improvements to their property: 1.) Provide and install a landscape drain at the Southeast corner of the Watts property to be tied into the new storm sewer drain being installed along Deforest road. There is an existing tree at this location that C.O.A. cannot be held responsible for the livelihood since this drain has been expressly requested by the Watts, and is not a part of my approved construction documents. 2.) Provide and install a sanitary sewer stub out for future connection to the Watts house located at their existing center driveway. The above mentioned items are being installed at no cost to the City of Coppell, or Sharon and Scott Watts, therefore Coppell Optimum Assets, L.L.P., will not be held responsible for the future maintenance and or performance of said items.
