Dear Mike:
We have reviewed your comments dated July 6, 2000. We have addressed the comments as
follows:
1. Power poles are labeled and the overhead electric line is shown. (SP)
2. No trees will be affected by the proposed construction along existing Deforest Road
construction.
3. Cross sections along Deforest Road have been added. (G-l)
4. A cross section detailing asphalt pavement has been added. (P-O)
5. A guard rail has been added along the south side of Deforest Road. (P-0 & P-l)
6. A note has been added to ensure access for home owners in the area. (P-O)
7. Note 6 on sheets (P-0, P-l, P-2 & P-3) instruct the contractor to use City of Coppell standards
for paving section on detail sheet SD-1.
8. Hike & Bike Trail will not be constructed with the subdivision.
9. Additional bank protection has been added along the creek bank as requested.
10. Line D has been re-aligned. (STM-1)
11. The normal pool depth has been added to the profiles of Line B. (PRF-1).
12. Sanitary sewer service to lots has been offset as requested. (WS-1)
13. A note to adjust the existing fire hydrant fit along Deforest Road has been added. (WS-1)
14. The requested water valve has been added. (WSX-1)
15. Grading has been adjusted to allow for a minimum of 3 feet of cover (below bottom of
pavement) over all sanitary sewer lines.
