Paragon Cable has a pole in the way of the box culvert which is hindering box construction
progress. A meetinR between the City and Para,,on is needed.
It has been decided to move GTE facilities rather than alter the storm drain design at the box
lateral.
GTE has not lowered conduit at sta 5+54. All other inlet conflicls have heen adjusled Also. there
is a new GTE pedestal that may need to be adjusted to new grade.
The waterline is installed and is fully fitnotional.
The C. ily has advised EBCC to keep access open to all fire hydral~ts dr,ring constntclion ;md h.:
keep these and other existing services fully functional at all times.
The City advises EBCC to maintain inlets and erosion conlrol during conslrucl.ion.
:"!tumphrey & Morgan will construct the box. The City needs written notification of the
subcontractor substitution and a summary of qualifications.

to minimize impact on the surrounding public, the City would like to exph~rc the possibility of
ch~mging the pavement secl ion to a 5-11'2 sack, 3,500 psi mix design, in lieu ofsubgrade treatment.
