ve~ con~med about the potentifl slope failure upstre~ of the repair we are now instilling

When I first renewed ~th you t~ee months ago the proposed rep~ that is now unde~ay, I
conveyed to you my concern as to the repot being ~erable to eddy erosion upstream ~om our
nonhero most prope~ l~e. Now ~at our rep~r is well unde~ay, I can now cle~ly see the
we~ point in our co~ective ~.
I requested o~you at that t~e to t~e t~s potential f~lure into consideration during the approvfl
process of Windsor Estates. Our soil engineer, John B~t (972-713-9109, Cell 2 l 4-207-5980)
peffo~ed e~ensive hydrolo~c work flong the entire cut b~, including Windsor Estate, w~ch
flagged t~s concern e~ly on. I would suggest that you give Jo~ a call as he may have some
suggestions reg~d~g the ~tigation of the risk w~le Kelly Jord~ is involved in the development
of the site.
I hope to work with you in addressing this issue. It is best to deal with this now as opposed to
the alternatives later on.
