Dear Mike:
Per our recent telephone conversation, enclosed you will find two (2) sets of the
engineering construction drawings for the Windsor Estates Subdivision. Thc
Developer/Owner (Kelly Jordan) has instructed KHA to submit the construction
drawings to begin the City's review process.
We would like to inform the City of a few elements of the design that are relevant to the
City's 1~ review:
· Shallow sewer system (approved during Preliminary Site Plan and Platting process).
· Deforest offsite roadway has been raised out of the floodplain (to Allen).
· Ron Morrison to complete the tlood study (Initial submittal already reviewed by
Halff & Associates).
· The proposed Entry Drive has not been revised from the original design.
We appreciate you and your staff's assistance with this review process. If there are any
