As per the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) as published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), this property is located in the floodplain. Before development can occur a flood study must be approved by the City of Coppell and FEMA. 2. A portion of Deforest Rd east of Allen Rd. is shown to be in the 100 year floodplain. This will need to be elevated above 100-year floodplain elevation. 3. Slope protection may be required behind Lots 9-18 Block A.
