Following is a 50 scale copy of the preliminary plat for Windsor Estates. We are currently
laying out the sidewalk in the common area and would like your input.
From talking with Mike Allen, I understand that you would like a 4' walk 1' inside the
R.O.W. for the remainder of the project. In regards to the common area, from talking with the
Parks Dept. during the zoning of the property, they stated that they don't ever see the
expansion of the BR-70 trail in this area, since provisions have never been made for it west of
this property. Would you like to see us place the walk inside the R.O.W., matching the
remaining walks on the property, or place it to the south of the BR-70 easement, which would
put it in private property?
