Mr. Mclnnish referred your letter of 20 October 1987 to me. Your demand
for removal of discarded material on the property adjacent to 904 DeForest
Road is misdirected. You have mistakenly identified Mr. McInnish as the
property owner.
Mr. McInnish maintains his homestead on 904 DeForest. The discarded
material referenced in your letter of 25 September 1987 is not on property
owned by Mr. McInnish. Mr. McInnish did not direct any person, nor did he
give his consent to any person, to place the discarded material on the prop-
erty adjacent to 904 DeForest.
Enclosed are four copies of this letter. Please distribute them to
the individuals identified as receiving copies of your correspondence to Mr.
McInni sh.
