Dear Mr. West:
The City of Coppell Engineering Department was recently notified that rocks
have been placed along the edge of the alley located between Hill and Mockingbird.
Although the intent may be to protect landscaping between the alley and adjacent fence,
this area is in the City right-of-way. As such, obstructions such as rocks and debris must
be kept clear fi.om these areas. We are sending you this letter to ask that any such rocks
be removed from City right-of-way (the area between the alley edge and the fence) and
not be placed there in the future. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. If you
