ITEM: PD-145 (CH)R, Woodridge Addition, Site Plan Amendment to
amend the conditions of the planned development as they apply to
parking requirements for Lot 20, Block 1 to allow construction of a
carport on the existing concrete slab on the rear of the property
located on the north side of Sugarberry Drive, approximately 815
feet east of Mapleleaf, at the request of Susan Blackwood.
