On Friday September 2nd, 1994, I met with Gary Daniels, President of the Woodridge
Homeowners Association, concerning several issues associated with this subdivision. The
majority of the issues revolved around traffic concerns which are currently being evaluated by
the Engineering Department. However, he did convey two issues which would involve the
Street Department. Those issues are as follows:
Concrete has been spilled in the intersection of Mapleleaf and Aspen Way. Mr. Daniels
has asked if the Street Department could clean up the concrete to alleviate the nuisance
for the traffic at the intersection.
One of the alleys that feeds Starleaf is currently being undermined at the gutter and
collapsing. Mr. Daniels stated that this situation is deteriorating rapidly and inquired if
the Street Department could repair the problem before it requires major street
reconstruction.
