Topo maps of City of Coppell are available should you need them. Fire hydrants should be placed every 600 feet. Please check with Fire Dept. 3) Delineate "Building Line" and R.O.W. of the streets on the plat in a few places. 4) Alleys should be provided in subdivision, if not variance to the Subdivision Ordinance should be requested. B. BUILDING INSPECTION: 1) Need to meet with developer on street names. FIRE DEPARTMENT:1) Fire hydrants required every 600 feet. Fire hydrants and water system must be operational before construction begins. 3) Uniform Fire Code 1985 is applicable. D. LONE STAR GAS: 1) No Comments. GENERAL TELEPHONE:1) Preliminary Plat is not acceptable, Still does not have utility easements shown on plat as provided at last review, 3) "No Alleys" - makes utilizing installation and maintenance very difficult. F. PARAGON CABLE: 1) Still no utility easements for Cable T.V. We request this before approval. G. U.S. POSTAL SERVICE: 1) No Comments. DEVELOPMENT INSPECTIONS: 1) Will need goils Report to determine if sub-grade will require Lime Stabilization. Prior to beginning construction, a Pre-Construction Conference must be sched- uled with the Chief of Land Development. (Steve Morton-46Z-00ZZ). TEXAS POWER AND LIGHT: 1) Preliminary Plat is acceptable. 5' easements will be required in front of lots. 3) 10 X 10 easements for transformer facilities will be required to be in front of lots. 4) Total Conduit System. 5) Developer to be responsible for difference in cost for underground facilities. 6) Contact Tim Brancheau at 3Z3-8910.
