One inlet should be larger than the other. 4) Delineate Floodway Line on Drainage Area Map (if any filling is required). 5) At street intersections, show an arrow for "Gutter Flow" (if any). 6) Storm sewer pipes and hydraulic grade line should be double checked. (Pipes are under pressure). 7) Add Drainage Calculation Chart to the Drainage Area Map. 8) On the storm sewer profiles, show the capacity (CFS) for each section of the pipe along with Q, S, V, .... 9) Check with Fire Marshal for fire hydrants. On Pond Drive, add a fire hydrant. 10) Wherever there is a concrete easement, put a note saying what the linear footage of encasing is. 11) Check the distance between the M.H. on line "A" S.S. and 7' X 2' box culvert crossing, concrete encasing may be required. 12) I have met with the Engineers on Monday, January 1, 1987 and have discussed most of these comments with them. 13) Provide Construction Cost Estimate six (6) working days prior to Final Plat submittal to City Council. Page 3 Be BUILDING INSPECTION: 1) Need clarification on whether screening wall is required where rear lots are adjacent to landscaPed area along MacArthur from P & Z. 2) List number of lots on plat. 3) Need clarification on whether SF-0 setbacks would apply to TH-1 zoning. FIRE: 1) Highland Street - name needs to be changed. LONE STAR GAS: 1) No representative was present. ge GENERAL TELEPHONE: 1) Final Plat is not acceptable. See attached easement request submitted 11/86 - with corrections will be OK. COPPELL CABLEVISION: I) Service is available. 2) Change T P & L easement to Utility Easement 5' BL to 5' utility easement. U.S. POSTAL SERVICE: 1) Cluster boxes (NDCBU) recommended. DEVELOPMENT INSPECTOR: 1) Permission to drain and temporary construction easements on all Discharge Points. 2) Brick pavers on entry should be shown on paving plans. TEXAS POWER AND LIGHT: 1) Final Plat is acceptable. PARKS AND RECREATION: 1) Unable to obtain comments from Public Works Department, please contact Steve Goram, Director of Public Works.
