Re: Final Plat of Woodridge, Section II

Dear Mr. Ellium:
Please consider this letter our request for the attached Final Plat of
Woodridge, Section II to be submitted to the City Planning Commission
for its review and action at the November 20, 1980 meeting. We are
also requesting that we be placed on the City Council meeting agenda
for its review at the November 25th meeting, i have enclosed a check for
$778.00 for plat fees.
We are requesting with the plat the following variances for the final plat
from the cities current sub-division ordinance:
1. To eliminate the allies on the west and south side of
the plats;
2. To decrease the front building line from 30 feet to
25 feet.
Also, we would ask the City Council for a resolution not to allow the deve-
loper on the west to tie into the storm sewer lines in Woodridge which
were "over-sized" to accomodate the land until a prorata share of costs
for the oversizing is paid to the developer of Woodridge.
