Coppell Road Reconstruction
SH 121 to Sandy Lake Road
Dear Mr. Nabors:
As discussed in our earlier phone conversation, Ed Bell Construction Company is reconstructing
Coppell Road from SH 121 to Sandy Lake Road for the City of Coppell. The City of Coppell
has approved a partial closure of Coppell Road from SH 121 to the main entrance of the
Mansions apartment complex for a period of eight weeks.
As part of that closure, the traveling public, that utilizes SH 121, will need advanced waming
that direct access to Coppell Road has been closed and that Canyon Drive is the primary access
route to Coppell Road. Based upon your verbal approval, we intend to position two message
boards between SH 121 and the service road to provide advanced warning for this closure.
Additionally, we feel that the message boards will provide adequate warning and that the existing
signs regarding Coppell Road will not need to be bagged.
