Our asphalt paving subcontractor intends to place asph',tlt on the proposed detour around
the cast in place box section on March 18, 2000. As a result, our paving subcontractor
has requested that he be permitted to work on March 18, 2000 and that the appropriate
level of inspection bc available on that day.
