Dear Mr. Griffin: ~
After reviewing the comments regarding the submittal of the Construction Plans, I
feet that given the curvature of Wynnpage Drive, the current curb cut location would
be the best location for it. After looking at the options, including moving the opening
east toward Denton Tap Road, the current curb cut location would allow for the best
traffic flow to and from the site. However, we are open to any suggestions that you
may have to remedy the situation. If needed, we could schedule a meeting at your
office to go over the options that we have to make the project workable for both the
city and us. Please let me know as soon as possible and we will discuss these
issues.
