Bentley Engineering 702 Gatewood Drive Garland, TX 75043 RE: Wynnpage Plaza, Lot 1, Block A Construction Plan Review Comments Dear Mr. Bentley: The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. The easement for the fire hydrant and the sanitary sewer should be shown on the plat. 2. You showed the visibility easement as requested on sheet Al, however, that easement conflicts with the existing screening wall for Wyrmpage Plaza. The City cannot knowingly approve a driveway location with a visibility obstruction for safety reasons. Please address this issue. It may necessitate the relocation of the driveway closer to Denton Tap Road. Once these comments have been addressed, please return these marked-up plans and two sets of revised plans to the City for additional review.
