Dear Mr. Young:
We have scheduled a crew to excavate and treat the subgrade on the referenced project during the
week of March 27, 2000. In accordance with the previously approved traffic control plan, it is
our intent to start work on the east -west portion of the project and complete that work within. the
time constraints detailed in previous correspondence. If possible, we would like to start work on
March 27, 2000; however, we realize that that date is within the two week notification window.
We respectfully request a waiver to allow for an earlier start date.
