Dowdey and Associates, regarding the 10 foot drainage easement along the rear of Lots 12 and 13, we will construct the rear fence along the common east line of Lot 14. Where the fence along the side yard of Lots 12 and 13 are to be constructed within the drainage easement, we will either install a section of "Shadow Box Fence", 3 to 4 inches above the ground, or install decorative metal fence, as is currently being installed along the Lake System.
