MEMORANDUM

RE: Waterside Estates Phase II - Walk-through
Utilities personnel performed a walk through on the above referenced project this morning
and the following items need to be corrected prior to acceptance:
1. Paint fire hydrant valve caps red.
2. Paint proper letter on curbs stenciled or stamped, all letters (2) inches.
a. Manholes (MH) - Red paint
b. Mainline valve (MLV) - Blue paint
c. Fire Hydrant Valve (FHV) - Red paint
d. Meter Box (W) - Blue Paint
e. Sewer Cleanout (CO) - Red paint
3. Raise manhole to grade at Shorewood and Island Bay.
4. Lot 1 Block E - Water service leak
5. Lot 19 Block F - Replace Lot Clean out
6. Both irrigation services need proper ~" setters with dual checks.
7. All three blow offs need angle stops with close nipples and elbows pointed up.
8. All manholes need an approved rain pan.
9. Lot 21 Block F - Water service off at corporation stop.
Please ensure these items are corrected prior to final acceptance of the project.
