Re: 48 Hour Stop Work Order Notice - Wynnpage Addition
Dear Mr. Levell:
In accordance with Erosion and Sedimentation Control Code Ordinance #91514, please be
advised that this letter is written to notify you that you have 48 hours to correct the public
erosion nuisance and to clean-up and remove the offending and burdensome sedimentation.
As we have previously discussed, the items to be corrected include:
1) Removal of debris from the channel.
2) Scraping siltation from the alley.
3) Installation of some type of silt fence or erosion control ban/er.
4) Removal of the siltation from the downstream channel.
If these items are not performed within 48 hours of the receipt of this letter, all permits and/or
inspections on this job site will cease.
This stop work order will go into affect as of 8:00 A.M. Friday, July 24, 1992.
If the problem is not rectified within a reasonable amount of time, the City of Coppell has
provisions to issue citations in the amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each
and every day in which the violation occurs.
If you should have any questions concerning this, please feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
