RE: Irrigation System and Grass in
median of Denton Tap Road - Wynnpage
Dear Lan3':
We are aware that we need to complete the irrigation installation in the median of Denton Tap
Road. Lacy had installed a sleeve to cart3~ the control wires under the new median paving section.
Upon investigation the irrigation contractor has found the he cannot get through this sleeve.
Lacy has contacted the Park Director to rezone the irrigation system and complete the installation.
We recognize the problem and will resolve the situation within the week.
My understanding from the pre-construction meeting was the the Parks Department was to handle
the grass replacement in the median section where there was construction because they had not
determined if they wanted to change their plans for grass. If that is not the understanding of the
Parks Department, then upon completion of the irrigation system, we will hydromulch the median
to establish grass in that median.
