Our utility subcontractor intends to make the water line tie in near MEnyard Drive on February
19, 2000. This date was chosen to accommodate the watt,'r users that will bc affected by this tie
in. As a result, our utility subcontractor has requested that he be permitted to work on February
I9, 2000 and that the appropriate level of inspection be available on that day.
