A temporary release has been granted for lots adjoining Wynnpage Drive
from Denton Tap Road, to Tealwood Drive. (see attachment)
This temporary release is by the request of the Developer of Wynnpage
Addition, with the understanding that no CO's will be granted until the
Wynnpage development meets all City of Coppell standard requirements, and
has been accepted by the City.
