RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR HOMEOWNERS ALONG
SOUTHERN BELLE DRIVE
We have completed our final stages of the paving installation at
Wynnpage Estates. The paving contractor will move onto the job site
March 18, 1992 to begin the back fill of the alley behind your homes.
We will start removing your fences on approximately March 18, 1992.
Please be aware that all work will be completed by April 3, 1992.
Please remove any personal items which sit in the alley right-of-way or
that hang off your fence as the)' will be in the way of construction. Yom'
cooperation will and has been greatly appreciated during the
development of our community.
