The ~nstmction crew operating at 600 block of Noah Coppell Road was in violation d OSHA regulations
for trench work. Employees were operating within unshomd trenches approximately 10-12 feet deep. The
tim depa~ment will continue to look for unsafe practices and fo~ard the info~ation to the appropriate
depa~ment for follow up.
