RE: Wynnpage paving start date and removal of personal
items from alley right-of-way for Homeowners along
Southern Belle Drive
We have completed our final stages of the utility
installation at Wynnpage Estates. The paving contractor
will soon move onto the job site and begin paving the
subdivision.
We have elected to use the paving company to excavate the
alley section behind your homes so as not to disturb you
during our earlier stages of construction. We will start
work approximately December 10, 1991. Please remove any
personal items which sit in the alley right-of-way or that
hang off your fence as they will be in the way of
construction. Your cooperation will and has been greatly
appreciated during the development of our community.
