Dear Kevin:
in responce to your letter dated November 26, 1991.It was my
understanding after the meeting that Russell Graber and
Waymon Levell had. The job Would be ready December i8~ 1991.
Which is the way it is scheduled. I will start it sooner if
possible.
i met with Larry Davis of the City of Coppell today. Hie
tells me that the "T V" hasn't been completed. And that the
water' hasn't been turned on in the project. Until these
items are approved by the City I cannot accept the start date
refYered to in your letter. '
