Dear Russell:
I have been informed by Floyd Key, President of Legend
Construction Company, Inc. the Utility Contractor within the
referenced addition that all utilities have been completed per
plans prepared by this office. Our survey crews are onsite today
verifying that all street grades have been re-established (plus
or minus 0.2 feet to design grades). Please accept this letter.
as your notification to begin construction of all paving
improvements associated with this project. Per your contract
agreement, you have 35 working days to complete this work
beginning Wednesday, November 27, 1991. Once you have completed
the initial paving within: Wynnpage, please provide us with a
written notice so that theiUtility Contractor can be notified to
return back to the site and complete all inlets, water meters,
manhole adjustments or other work he needs to do for City
acceptance.
