Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: Wynnpage Estates Coppell, Texas 90051-0 Dear Shohre: We have made a field adjustment to the storm sewer system within the referenced addition. In our original drainage plans, we proposed to construct two fifteen foot inlets at the intersection of Wrenwood Drive and Tealwood Drive to collect all of the 20.2 cfs (100 year discharge). As you might be aware, the City of Coppell Standard details indicate that 15 foot inlets are not allowed. Therefore, we have proposed to construct two fourteen foot inlets at this location which will still provide the capacity to collect all of the 100 year discharge at this point without any bypass. The actual capacity of two fourteen foot wide inlets on a 0.5 percent grade is approximately 28.0 cfs, which exceeds the actual runoff into the inlets by over 39 percent. I will revise our drawings accordingly and will include them with our "as-built" plans which will be submitted to you upon completion of this project. If you have any questions, please feel free to call. Sincerely, Kevin R. Kendrick, P.E. Project Manager KRK/bp xc: Mr. Jim Siepiela / Siepiela Interests, Inc.
