Greg,
I am enclosing the final invoices for work done on my pool after the recent
rains and flooding problems. As you may know, the grading of your development
immediately behind my property at 214 Southern Belle, Coppell, was inadequate
and caused a lack of proper run off for the heavy rains. This problem subse-
quently caused a great deal of the adjoining dirt to back flow onto my property
and into my pool.
After spending a great deal of time on Sunday, Nov. 3, backwashing and
attempting to sweep the mud residue from the pool, I was forced to contact my
poolbuilder, Robertson Pools, to complete the mess that was much worse than I had
ever imagined. Robertson had two men at my property for a good part of 3 days.
For this reason, I am requesting your company pay all associated costs for
this unfortunate event and cover my expense for additional water (I'm estimating
$60.00) to cover all damages. I would be willing to endorse a hold-harmless
relating to any further claims relating to this specific problem if you desire.
