Remaining Punch List Items
The punch list produced on 8/10/92 is, for the most part, complete.
There are two (2) items that remain incomplete. I would like to
bring these to your attention once again.
- Guardrail is needed at the bridge to be in compliance with
Federal requirements. If this is not installed, we could be
arefused Federal assistance on future bridge projects the city
may undertake.
A barrier free ramp, consistent with the A.D.A. requirements,
is needed at the Alley and Parkway Blvd. on the southwest end
of the project.
ve attached a copy of the Federal Regulation for your review.
This regulation should provide you with enough information to
require the developer to provide the rail.
