Dear Floyd:
Please find attached a copy of the revised Sanitary Sewer Profile
exhibit (Sheet 5 of 28) for the referenced addition. The changes
made to this exhibit were made after it was discovered that the
existing box culvert in Plantation Drive was lower than expected.
I believe you uncovered the box culvert on Monday, October 21,
1991, and asked our surveyors to shoot the flow line of the box to
insure that adequate clearance was available between it and the
proposed Sanitary Sewer line. Our surveyors determined that there
would indeed be a conflict with the proposed sewer and the existing
drainage facilities. Please note that the flow line of the eight
inch sewer main (line "S-I.I") located at the upper right hand
corner of this exhibit has been lowered approximately one foot
between the existing manhole (station 0+00) and the first upstream
manhole (station 1+07.82). The grade has been modified for the
lowering of the main.
I have instructed our surveyors to restake this reach of sewer line
today so that your construction crews can continue with the
'installation of these facilities. If you have any questions,
please let us know.
