consideration, to me in hand paid by TEXAS POWER & LIGHT CO[,~PANY, a
division of TEXAS UTILITIES ELECTRIC COMPANY, P.O. Box 660268, Dallas,
Texas, 75266-0268, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and for which
no lien, expressed or implied, is hereby retained, has Granted, Sold and
Conveyed, and by these presents do Grant, Sell and Convey unto the said
TEXAS PO~ER & LIGHT COMPANY the following described real property in
Dallas County, Texas, tn-wit:
Being a lot, tract or parcel of land situated in Dallas
County, Texas, and being part of the John E. Holland Survey.
Abstract No. 614, and being the South 150 feet of a certain lot
conveyed to W. ~q. Somerville et ux from Southland Life Insur-
ance Co. by deed dated August 30, 1940 and recorded in Volur.,e
2220, Page 346, of the Dallas County, Texas, Deed records and
described by :.lares and Bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch iron pin and concrete ~ion. found for
the Southeast corner of the above mentioned tract, same bein~
the west right-of-way line of Coppall Road and the Northeast
corner of a tract of land conveyed by W. W. Somerville et ux
to Brazos River Transmission Electric Cooperative, Inc. by
deed dated August 12, 1942, and recorded in Volume 2366, Pag-~
327, of the Dallas County, Texas, Deed records.
